Georges began his career in Libreville, advising the Government of Gabon on mineral transactions, including uranium and manganese, and on oil and gas matters. He has advised U.S. law firms, African governments and companies such as Comilog and Eramet on high-stakes manganese and uranium transactions. An active member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN), he draws on industry-standard model contracts to craft robust, client-focused agreements for complex cross-border transactions.
